Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Meta Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. This role requires in-depth expertise in Meta’s advertising tools, strategies, and analytics to drive impactful marketing outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Meta advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct in-depth audience research and targeting to maximize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
• Set up, launch, and manage multiple campaigns across various Meta platforms.
• Monitor campaign analytics and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients, summarizing performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and management.
• Stay updated on Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for local businesses.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Audience Insights, and Pixel tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Office Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka
• Probationary Period: Six months
• Remuneration: Salary (Tk.20k-30k) + Sales Commission
• Other Benefits: Provident fund, performance bonus; mobile allowance; yearly salary review; yearly two festival bonuses; fully subsidized tea, snacks and lunch as well as other benefits as per company policy
