To keep the accounts and financial calculations of our agency absolutely flawless, we are looking for a new team member to join us as a Junior Executive – Accounts & Finance.
- 💸 Salary: 20,000 BDT
- 📍 Location: Mirpur DOHS (Onsite, Full-time)
- 🕒 Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch & Snacks are on us! 🍽️)
- 📅 Weekends: Friday.
🎯 What will be your Core Responsibilities?
- Client Invoicing & Collection: Issuing accurate invoices to clients on time and tracking the entire payment collection and follow-up process.
- Payment Verification & Reconciliation: Verifying bank and other payments with precision and performing regular Bank Reconciliation.
- Petty Cash Management: Managing and keeping flawless records of daily office expenses and petty cash.
- Vendor & Subscription Payments: Tracking and ensuring timely payments for third-party vendors and various software subscriptions.
- Payroll Coordination: Coordinating with the HR team to assist in processing monthly payroll and salaries.
- Financial Planning & Documentation: Organizing financial documentation at the end of the day/month and assisting the management team with financial planning and reporting.
✨ What we are looking for: (Requirements)
- Educational background in Accounting or Finance (BBA/Honors).
- Must have a strong understanding of basic accounting & Finance concepts and principles.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply!
- Strong basic command over MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- An understanding of the fast-paced nature of agency life.
- A strong eye for detail to ensure even the smallest mistake doesn’t go unnoticed.
