Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry, a passion for sales, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
    • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
    • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market opportunities and trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective business development strategies.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
    • Provide sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Be tech-savvy and have a knack of Googling for everything and anything
