Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR Executive to join our team. This role will focus on various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent strategic thinking with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Onboarding:
      • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
      • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Employee Relations:
      • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues promptly and effectively.
      • Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture and values.
    • Performance Management:
      • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
      • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
    • HR Administration:
      • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
      • Prepare HR reports and manage HR-related documentation.
    • Training and Development:
      • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
      • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
      • Compliance:
        • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
        • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
    • Be tech-savvy and have a knack of Googling for everything and anything
