Job Summary:  

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Designer at ProAdman Digital, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and designs that align with our clients’ branding and marketing goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design & Creativity: 
  • Develop and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, and more. 
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and visual identity of our clients. 
• Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs. 
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is accurately captured in the final design. 
• Project Management: 
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Provide regular updates on project status and seek feedback to improve designs. 
• Innovation & Trends: 
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and software. 
  • Continuously seek new creative approaches and ideas to enhance our design offerings. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. 
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). 
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes accordingly. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision 
• Be tech-savvy and have a knack of Googling for everything and anything

• Employment Status: Full-time 
• Probationary Period: Six months 
• Monthly Salary Range: TK 20,000 – 30,000 (based on skills and experience) 
• Other Benefits (as per company policy): Provident fund, mobile allowance; yearly performance review; yearly two festival bonuses; daily tea, snacks and lunch
