Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage day-to-day administrative tasks effectively, and a solid understanding of financial management and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and handle any administrative issues that arise.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including contracts, licenses, and legal documents.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, and manage all tax-related matters.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- HR Management:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Prepare HR reports and manage HR-related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin and Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, particularly Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Be tech-savvy and have a knack of Googling for everything and anything
